MagiBlade Alpha 1.2 - New Sprites, Particles, New Movement System

I know I just updated the game, but I had a huge burst of motivation yesterday and today and just went all out with improving the game.
In addition to changing the sprites for the player and several enemies, I revamped the movement system (again). This time, the player can now double jump, and coyote time has been added to make jumping a bit more responsive. Also, I added particles, screen shake and fall damage. Because why not?
